About Jason Rogers

Jason Rogers brings unparalleled dedication and service to Oak and Prairie Real Estate as both an owner and vital support staff member. With deep roots in Norman, Jason has devoted much of his life to serving his community and country.

Jason retired in 2021 after a 35-year career as a Captain with the Norman Fire Department, where he held leadership positions and contributed significantly to the department’s mission. His steadfast sense of duty extended beyond the firehouse to the battlefield; Jason proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, holding leadership roles and completing two combat tours overseas before retiring as a Master Gunnery Sergeant after 28 years of honorable service.

Now at Oak & Prairie Real Estate, Jason leverages his unique combination of discipline, problem-solving skills, and community connections to support the team and ensure the highest quality of service for clients. Whether he’s offering guidance behind the scenes or lending a helping hand to the agents, Jason is a cornerstone of the agency’s success.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and giving back to the Norman community he holds dear.
