With deep roots in the Norman community, Tobin Vigil brings more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience and over 15 years of hands-on real estate management to his role as a real estate associate. As the former owner of Buchanan Bicycles and Gray Owl Coffee, Tobin has long been a familiar and trusted presence in Norman, known for building businesses that became local landmarks.

His background in both residential and commercial real estate gives Tobin a well-rounded understanding of the market and the ability to guide clients through every step of their journey—whether buying, selling, or investing. Tobin’s approach is grounded in genuine care, consistent communication, and a deep respect for the people and neighborhoods he serves.
